Managing Director & Principal Ecologist
Over 25 years leading environmental projects across rail, road, water and power sectors throughout Australia. BSc Biological Science (Zoology Major) from Deakin University. Specialises in fauna surveys, spotter-catcher operations, planning approvals, and ISCA sustainability programmes. Key projects include the West Gate Tunnel, Level Crossing Removals, and Monash Freeway Upgrade.
Simon Meban
Senior Consulting Arborist & Project Manager
Over 23 years in the arboricultural and civil construction industries. Level 5 Arborist with extensive experience across power, water, gas and transport sectors. Expert in vegetation management, hazardous tree inspections, and environmental compliance. Key projects include the Westgate Tunnel, V/Line network-wide hazard tree inspection, and APA Gas Pipeline assessments.
Michael Cincotta
Senior Biodiversity Projects Coordinator
Over 30 years in land management, indigenous nursery management, biodiversity monitoring and environmental education. Expert in botanical identification, VQA Habitat Hectares reporting, threatened species management, and plant salvage operations. Has appeared on television as a subject matter expert. Delivers workshops and training to industry professionals.
